  • Thank you for your interest in volunteer opportunities with the District. This application should take about 10 minutes to complete.

    You may save your progress and continue at another time if you are not able to complete it entirely.


    Please complete one form per person, per site

    Please indicate the school where you would like to volunteer and provide the email address of the Principal/Administrator.

    To serve as a cleared Level Two or Level Three volunteer, the following requirements must be completed:

    -Fingerprint clearance
    -Upload proof of negative TB test
    -Upload proof of Annual Mandated Reporter Training (new as of July 1, 2026)
    -Receive authorization and approval by each site administrator for the school you select.

    You will be contacted via email once you are cleared to volunteer.

    Only volunteers who complete Level Three clearance will be authorized to transport students.

    You will be emailed this form shortly after completing the Level Two form.

  • Only volunteers who complete and clear the Live Scan (fingerprint) process will be authorized to serve in a Level Two role.

    Instructions for completing the Live Scan Form will be emailed to you after submitting the Level Two Volunteer Application.

    2. Look under the Main Menu on the left 
    3. Click Training History 
    4. Go to course and click View Certificate
    5. Right click and select Print
    6. Choose Save as PDF
    7. Upload the saved certificate to this application
